What is IBPS IPTAFS Exam?

The Indian Post & Telecommunication Accounts and Finance Service (IP&TAFS) is civil service or a competitive exam in India conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) India.

The exam is held for the recruitment of Department of Telecom & Department of Posts in India. The Indian Post & Telecommunication Accounts and Finance Service is a Group "A" Central Civil Services of the Union of India.

UPSC Civil Services IP&TAFS Prelims 2025 Exam Date

Union Public Commission Service (UPSC) has released the notification for CSE Indian Post & Telecommunication Accounts and Finance Service (IP&TAFS) on 22 Januarym 2025. Candidates who are eligible can start submitting the CSE IP&TAFS 2025 application form on the official website from 22 January, 2025 to 11 February, 2025. The CSE IP&TAPS 2025 Preliminary exam on 25 May, 2025 and the Mails will be conducted in a Pen and Paper-Based Test mode on 22, 23, 24, 30 & 31 August, 2025. As per the UPSC CSE IP&TAFS Exams Schedule 2025, the exam will be held in two session every day.

UPSC CSE IP&TAFS Forenoon Session will be conducted from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon and the Afternoon 2nd Session from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

6. Designated Monitoring Authority of Bharat Net Project (backbone of Digital India)
7. Accounting of Department of Posts and Department of Telecommunications
8. Pension Management of DoT, DoP, BSNL and MTNL
9. Human Resource Development and Capacity Building of IP&TAFS, Gr.’A”
