The entrance test is conducted to offer admission in various undergraduate courses in the colleges of Karnataka.
The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has officially released the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2025 result on 24 Maonday, 2025. Candidates who have appeared for the KCET 2025 exam can now donwload the results on the official websites - cetonline.karnataka.gov.in and karresults.nic.in. The Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET), also known as UGCET, is held annually for the admission into B.E/B.Tech, B.Sc. (Agri), B.V.Sc, B.Pharma and related courses in colleges across Karnataka. This year a total of 3.3 lakh students registered for the KCET 2025 exam and 3.1 lakh students appeared for the exam.

The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has released the Karnataka Common Extrance Test (KCET) 2025 Registation from 23 January, 2025. Candidates who are interested and eligible can submit their application from on the official website - cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. The KCET 2025 registration will end on 11 February, 2025. KEA will conduct the KCET 2025 exam from 16 to 18 April, 2025. The Karnataka Examination Authority has made the KCET application form available on its official website. The KCET 2025 Application procedure includes multiple parts such as registration, filling out the application form, fee payment, uploading relevant documents, and final submission. Candidates are recommended to fill in the right information in the KCET Application from 2025, or their application may be rejected. The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has released the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2025 Syllabus. The KCET 2025 Syllabus includes chapters and themes from PUC-I and PUC-II (Class 11 & Class 12) Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology as specified by the Department of Pre-University Education of Karnataka State. Each subject will carry equal weightage, and there will be no negative marking. It is critical to attentively study the topic in order to acquire a good grade and rank in the exam.

Candidates who have registered for the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) can check the guidlines on the official website - kea.kar.nic.in. KCET 2025 exam will be conducted on 16 & 17 April, 2025.
Students who have claimed Clause code 'A' and who have not studied from 1st std to 10th std in Kannada medium, Rural, Religious / Linguistic Minority reservations but whose 07 years study has been verified through SATS will get a Claim Certificate as successfully verified.Such candidates need not visit any college for verification and it means that the application is accepted.
But the students who have claimed claus code "A" and studied 10 years from 1st to 10th Standard and claimed Kannada medium, Rural, Religious or Linguistic reservation will receive the claim certificate printed as a 'Claimed Verified, or Claimed not Verified or not Claimed'.Such students will have to meet the Principal of PUC / 12th Std studying college or nearest Government PU College along with the relevant original document (as per the format mentioned in KEA website) and one set of Xerox copies for Verification of the documents.
Schedule for document verification for students who have entered Clause code 'B'.'C', 'D', 'I', 'J', 'K', 'L', 'M' 'N' other than clause code 'A' will be published in KEA website.
Students who have entered clause code 'E', 'F', 'G', 'H', 'O' will have to get the academic documents verified in the PUC / 12th Std Studying college.But documents related to Defence - Ex-Defence, CAPF, Ex-CAPF, should be submitted thereafter for verification in KEA.
371(j), Caste, Caste-Income Certificate RD numbers are being verified online.Hence, students can check the validity of the certificates and enter the RD Numbers correctly in the application.
Important Note:
Based on the documents submitted by the candidates / parents, the Principal of the colleges will be submitting 'OK' in their login after Verification.In case the student has faked / forged any documents and KEA receives information with regard to the forgery, such students will be debarred from counselling process and criminal action will be initiated against such candidates.
