The Karnataka Examinations Authority, Bangalore is conducting Common Entrance Test (Karnataka CET-2025) for admission to first-year undergraduate courses like Indian system of Medicine and Homeopathy, Engineering / Technology, and Agriculture courses, for the academic year 2025.
Candidates should visit the Karnataka Examinations Authority website to register for the Karnataka CET 2025 entrance exam. Candidates must satisfy the eligibility criteria to apply for the entrance exam. The KCET 2025 Registration process will start from 23 January, 2025 and the last day is 21 February, 2025. The KCET 2025 exam will be conducted from 16 to 17 April, 2025. Kannada Language Test (ONLY For Horanadu & Gadinadu Kannadiga candidates) will be conducted on 18 April, 2025.

Candidates are advised to go through the following step to apply / register for the Karnataka CET 2025:
Step 1:
To fill the application form visit KEA website (Kea.kar.nic.in) by selecting "CET 2025 UG Online Application".
Candidates are advised to read the instructions before filling the application form.
After completion of the filling the details in the application form, candidates would receive an application number and password to their registered mobile phone number and to the email address and also the same information will be displayed on the screen.
Step 2:
Candidates should take the scanned copy of their recent passport size color photograph, signature, and left-hand thumb impression of candidate and signature of a parent in JPG / JPEG format separately.
Upload the same photograph and signature to the online application form.
Step 3:
Candidates should take the print out of the bank challan. Candidates have to pay the required application fee in any of the branches of State Bank of Mysore, Syndicate Bank, Central Bank of India, Indian Bank, Axis Bank, or Computerised Post Office.
The bank/post office will retain bank copy of the challan and hand over the student copy and KEA copy of the challan of the candidates.
Please Note: Candidates who are residing outside India should pay the fee in the form of DD drawn in favor of 'Executive Director, Karnataka Examinations Authority', payable at Bengaluru.
The DD should reach the KEA office by mentioning the online application number on the backside of the DD along with the copy of the final printout of the application form.
Step 4:
Candidates should take the printout of the application form on A4 size paper.
Candidates must take the college principal seal and signature from the college where they are studied II PUC / Class 12.
The same copy should be produced during document verification.
Application fee:
Rs 500/- for general / OBC candidates in Karnataka.
Rs 250/- for SC/ST/CAT-I candidates in Karnataka
Rs 750/- for all other candidates residing outside Karnataka.
Rs 5,000/- for the candidates residing outside India
Important Note:
Candidates should note down their application number and password which will be required for all future purposes.
