How to Apply
The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection will release the IBPS SO Notification 2025 in the month July, 2025 (Tentative) on the official website - www.ibps.in. There will be a total of 896 Vacancies for various posts like HR, Law, IT & AFO etc as per IBPS CRP SPL XV 2025. IBPS SO 2025 online application will be active from 01 August, 2025 & will end on 21st August, 2025 (Tentative).
IBPS SO Exam is to select Specialist Officers in various departments of banks like Marketing Officer, Field Offier, IT Officer, Agriculture Officer, etc. IBPS SO Exam will be conducted in online mode only at various locations across India.
IBPS SO 2025 - Candidates can apply online mode only from 01 August, 2025 to 21 August, 2025 and no other mode of application will be accepted.

IBPS SO 2025 Application Fees
Application Fees / Intimation Charges (Payable from 01.08.2025 to 21.08.2025 (Only Online payment, both dates inclusive) shall be as follows:

Bank Transaction charges for Online Payment of application fees / Intimation charges will have to be borne by the candidate.
IBPS invites applications for various posts of Special Officers. Candidates who are eligible can apply for the job for which they need to take up a written test.

Note:
- Candidates have to apply online. No other mode of applications is entertained.
- Candidates should take out a scan digital copy of their passport size photograph and signature ready.
- Candidates need to pay the application fees through online payment.
Mode of Payment
Candidates have the option of making the requiste fees / intimation charges through ONLINE Mode Only.
I. Candidates should carefully fill in the details in the On-Line Application form at the appropriate places very carefully and click on the "COMPLETE REGISTRATION" button at the end of the ON-Line Application format. Before pressing the "COMPLETE REGISTRATION" button, candidates are advised to verify every filed filled in the online application form. The name of the candidates or his / her father / husband etc. Should be spelt correctly in the application as it appears in the certificates / marks sheets. Any change / alteration found may disqualify the candidates.
In case the candidates is unable to fill in the online application form in one go, he / she can save the data already entered. When the data is saved, a provisional registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidates should note down the Provisional registration number and password. An Email & SMS indicating the provisional registration number and password will also be sent. They can reopen the saved data using Provisional Registration number and password and edit the particulars, if needed. Once the application is filled in completely, candidates should be submit the data.
II. The online application form is integrated with the payment gateway and the payment process can be completed by the following the instructions.
III. The payment can be made by using Debit Cards (Rupay / Visa / Master Card / Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards / Mobile Wallets by providing information as asked on the screen.
IV. After final submit, an additional page of the online application form is displayed wherein candidates may follow the instructions and fill in the requisite details.
V. If online transaction has not been successfully completed then candidates are advised to login again with their provisional registration number and password and pay the Application Fees / Intimation Charges Online.
VI. On successful completion of the transaction, an e-receipt will be generated.
VII. Candidates are required to take a printout of the e-receipt and online application form containing fee payment details. Please note that if the same cannot be generated then online transaction may not been successful.

IBPS has released Specialist Officers (SO) admit card 2021 for the main examination. Candidates who have qualified in the preliminary examination can download the mains admit card from the official site of IBPS on ibps.in.
The SO Mains admit card will be available till January 24, 2021. The online written exam will be held on January 24. Candidates should enter their login credentials to download the admit card.
The main exam is for the posts of Law Officer, IT Officer, Agriculture Field Officer, HR/Personnel Officer, and Marketing Officer.
