How to Apply

Institute of Personnel Banking will release the notification for IBPS RRB 2024. The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) Plans to issue the IBPS RRB application form 2024 in June, 2024. The application form will be available for the positions of Office Assistant (Clerk), Officers Scale I (PO), Officers Scale II and III. The application cost for IBPS RRB 2024 can be paid online; it was INR 850 for General and OBC Candidates and INR 175 for SC/ST/PwD candidates. Before the filling out the application form, aspirants were required to review the IBPS RRB eligibility criteria 2024 to determine whether they were eligible to apply for the exam.

Candidates have to apply separately and pay the fees / Intimaton charges separately for each post. Candidates can apply online only. No other mode of application will be accepted.

IBPS RRB Application Form can be filled online from 01 June, 2024 and last date to fill the application form is on 21 June, 2024 (Tentatively). Every Year - Institute will release the IBPS RRB Notification for the post of Officer Scale I & Office Assistant.

Interested Candidates who are satisy with the eligibility conditions set by the IBPS can visit the official website to register online.

Candidates who are interested can register online for the IBPS RRB 2024 between 01 June and 21 June, 2024 (Tentatively).

How to Apply / Register :

1. Candidates can apply through online only from 01 June to 21 June, 2024 & no other mode of application will be accepted/entertained.

2. Candidates should log on to the official website of IBPS - www.ibps.in.

3. Click on the "CWE - RRBs" Link.

4. Click on Common Recruitment Process - Regional Rural Bank.

5. Submit all the required details of the application.

NOTE :

After completing the application process, Candidates must take a printout of the application form.

Please note that all the particulars mentioned in the online application including Name of the Candidate, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Address, Post Applied for, Email ID, Center of Examination, registration for preferences for Participating Organisations etc will be considered as final after the last date.

No Modifications / Change will be allowed after submitting the IBPS RRB Recruitment Application Form.

Prerequisites for IBPS RRB Application Form

Candidates should keep the following information available while filling out the application form:

• Active mobile number & email address
• Scanned passport-size photo
• Scanned copy of the candidate's signature
• Scanned Left Thumb Impression
• A Handwritten declaration
• Details of credit/debit card for fee payment.

The steps for filling up the IBPS RRB Application Form are as follows:

Step 1: IBPS RRB Registration 2024

1. Visit the official website of the IBPS.

2. Click 'Apply Online for IBPS RRB".

3. Click 'New Registration' to register.

4. Click the post that candidates want to apply for.

5. Fill up the personal information & communication details.

6. Confirm the details by verifying the,.

7. Enter the security code, then click 'Save & Next'.

8. After registration, a provisional registraton ID & password are produced and displayed on the screen.

9. Candidates area also issued an email & SMS with their registration ID and password.

Step 2: Uploading of Documents

After successfully registering, candidates should provide a photograph and signature. Candidates can follow the steps below to upload the documents:

• Log in with your registration number & password.
• Click the applicable links for uploading a photograph and signature.
• Navigate to where the scanned papers are saved.
• Click the Upload / Open button.

Specification for Photograph & Signature

The requirements for uploading a photograph and signature are listed below:

Photograph format:

Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (recommended).

File size should be between 20KB and 50 KB.

Signature Format:

Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels (recommended)

File size should be between 10KB and 20KB.

Step 3: Filling the application form

• The application website contains three tabs: basic, qualification / experience / language, and survey.
• Under the basic tab, candidates must enter the category, religion, nationality and handicap information.
• Enter the IBPS RRB Exam centre with the right state code.
• Enter personal information such as gender, father's and mothers names, etc.
• Communication information such as correspondence address, permanent address with pin code, and state.
• Under the qualification / experience / language tab, input graduation information such as subject, type of degree, year of completion, and percentage attained.
• Enter current and past job experiences.
• Enter proficiency in languages, states and preferred RRBs.
• Under the survey tab, candidates must mention the choice of organisations where they want to be recruited.
• Preview the information mentioned in the form.
• After filling out the form, click 'I' accept to confirm that the information entered in authentic and correct.

Step 5: Uploading Left Thumb Impression and Handwritten declaration

Before proceeding to pay the application costs, candidates must upload their left thumb impression and handwritten declaration in the format shown below.

Left Thumb Impression

Dimension 240 by 240 pixels

File Size: 20 KB to 50 KB.

Hand written Declaration

Dimesions: 800 x 400 pixels

File Sixe: 50 - 100 KB.

Step 4: Fee Payment

Candidates must pay the application cost online a debit card, credit card, IMPS, Netbanking, cash cards, or mobile wallet. The specifics of fee payment are provided below.

In the case of a debit card, users need to input the card number, expiration date, and CVV Number.

For credit cards, enter the card number and PIN.

If candidates choose netbanking, they must input the data requested.

For IMPS, add beneficiary by stating account details of the organization to whom candidates would want to transfer the money.

If candidates prefer to pay the fee by mobile wallets / cash cards, enter the login details requested.

After entering and verifying the details, click the pay button.

IBPS RRB 2024 - APPLICATION FEES

Application fee is Rs.850/- for the candidates belonging to General Category for both the posts as IBPS RRR Assistant 2024 and IBPS RRB OFFICER 2024.

For SC / ST / PWD Category Candidates the application fee is 175/-.

Application Fees/ Intimation Charges (Online payment from 01.06.2024 to 21.06.2024 both dates inclusive).

Bank Transactions charges for Online Payment of Fees / intimation charges will have to be borne by the candidates.
