The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the NDA & NA (I) Exam 2025 Notification on 11 December, 2024. The NDA & NA (I) exam is going to be conducted on 13 April, 2025 and NDA & NA (II) on 14 September, 2025. Eligible and successful candidates are admitted after an interview conducted by the UPSC for those having qualified the written examination.
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) released the NDA (I) Application Form 2025 to fill a total of 406 vacancies. The application deadline for the NDA (I) 2024 exam is 31 December, 2024. The opportunity for editing the NDA (I) application from 2025 will be open 01 to 07 January, 2025.
On May 28, 2025, the application form for the NDA (II) exam will be made available. The application deadline for the NDA (II) 2025 Exam is June 17, 2025. Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply for the NDA 2025 Exam.
Verification of eligibility conditions with reference to original documents is taken up only after the candidate has qualified for Interview/Personality Test.
Candidates are required to apply online by using the official website of UPSC, i.e. www.upsconline.nic.in, brief instructions for filling up the online application form are available on the official website.
Online application form containing two stages viz. Part-I and Part-II. So, candidates are advised to complete the form as per the instructions available on the official website.
In case, the candidate wants to effect any change in his / her Registration profile, it shall be allowed only once in the lifetime after the registration at Registration platform. The option to change in Registration profile data sahll be available till expiry of 7 days from the next day after the closure of application window of his / her first final application for any Examination of the Commission.
In case, the candidate after registration applies for the first time in this examination; last date of modification of Registration would be 07.01.2025.
The commission has also decided to extend the facility of making correction(s) in any field(s) of the application form of this examination from next day of the closure of the application window of this examination. This window will remain open for 7 days from the date of opening of the same i.e. from 01.01.2025 to 07.01.2025. In case a candidate wants to carry out any change in his / her OTR profile during this period, then he/she should login to the OTR platform and do the needful accordingly. In other words, no change in the OTR profile can be made by visiting the window for Modification in application form.
Interested and quaified individuals may fill out the NDA Application form 2025 online. The UPSC NDA Online form 2005 Consists of the Registration and the application form. Candidates must first complete the Registration before proceeding to the application from. Fees for the NDA 2025 exam can be paid both online and offline.

Pre-Requisites to Apply Online for NDA Exam
Applicants must complete the NDA Application from with their information. They must enter information such as thier name, educational qualification, Communication address, NDA Age restriction, and so on.

To fill out the NDA Application form, you must first complete a One Time Registration (OTR). Candidates must resgister just once in their lifetime and use their login ID and password to apply for all UPSC exams. The site is available all year long. If candidates have already registered, they can go ahead and fill out the application form. Candidates must input their name, gender, birth date, father's name, mother's name, minority status, valid mobile number, board examination roll number, and security questions in the OTR. Candidates are also instructed to confirm the details of the OTR. Candidates can access their dashboard after OTR to check their personnel information, apply for current notifications, and check the status of their application submission.
The candidates are required to pay a fee of INR 100/- [excepting SC/ST candidates who are exempted from payment of fee] either by depositing the money in any branch of SBI by cash or by using the net banking facility of the State Bank of India or by using any Visa/Master/RuPay Credit/Debit Card.
Before starting filling up the online application, a candidate must have his/her photograph and signature duly scanned in the jpg format in such a manner that each file should not exceed 40 KB and must not be less than 3 KB each in size for the photograph and 1 KB for the signature.
Applicants should avoid submitting multiple applications. However, if due to any unavoidable circumstances any applicant submits multiple applications then he must ensure that the applications with higher RID are complete in all respects.
Late Date of Application:
The UPSC will release the admit card for the National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) Examination (I) 2025 on its official website.
