Combined Medical Service Examination (CMSE) 2025 Selection Process is conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) after the declaration of the CMSE 2025 Result & CMS Cutoff scores. Candidates who are eligible will be able to participate in the Combined Medical Service Examination (CMSE) 2025 Selection Process.
CMSE Selection Process will be considered on the candidates Performance based in both the test - Computer Based Test and Personality Test of the examination.
The selection procedure will be made through Written Examination, Personality Test, Document Verification and Medical Examination.
The Services/Posts to which recruitment is to be made and the approximate number of vacancies to be filled are given below:

The number of vacancies to be filled on the results of this examination is being finalized. The services/posts identified for PwBD Categories for CMSE 2024 is as under:
1. Total no. of Eighteen (18) Vacancies of Assistant Divisional Medical Officer in the Railways are reserved for persons with Benchmark Disability belonging to Locomotor Disability having functional classification OA, OL, BL, LC & AAV without joint involvement.
2. Total No. of Six (6) Vacancies of Medical Officers Grade in General Duty Medical Officers Sub-cadre of Central Health Services are reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disability in the sub-categories of
a) OA, OL, BL, LC, DW, AAV - 05 (Five) and
b) Total of Specific Learning ability;+ (c) Multiple disabilities from amongst persons under clause (a) to (b) - 4 (Four)
3. Nil Vacancy for Persons with Benchmark Disability of General Duty Medical Officer (Gr.II) in Municipal Corporation of Delhi.
(a) Locomotor disability including leprosy cured, dwarfism and acide attack victims - 04
(b) Specific Learning ability - 02.
(c) Multiple disability from amongst persons under clauses (a) to (b) - 02.
4. NIL Vacancy for Persons with Benchmark Disability for General Duty Medical Officer in New Delhi Municipal Council.
