UPSC - Union Public Service Examination released Civil Service Exam 2025 Calendar at the official website - upsc.gov.in.
UPSC Indian Revenue Service (IRS) 2025:
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the notification for CSE Indian Revenue Service (IRS) Preliminary Exam on 22 January, 2025. Candidates aspiring to join the Indian Revenue Service (IRS) can now apply online at the official website - upsc.gov.in. The CSE IRS Application window is open from 22 January, 2025 and closes 11 February, 2025. Candidates are requested to pay online mode because there is no option to pay through offline mode. The candidates must pay through net banking of SBI branches throughout the country, or by visa card/ credit card or debit card.
IRS Examination Schedule :
1. Preliminary Examination : 25 May, 2025.
Structure
Paper I : General Awareness (GS)
Paper II : Civil Service Aptitude Test (CSAT)
2. Main Examination : 22 August, 2025 Onwards.
Structure
Nine descriptive papers, including General Studies, Essays, and an Optional Subject of the candidate's choice.
3. Personality Test
Conducted Post-Mains, for candidates clearing the written exam.
