How to Apply For CTET

Central Board of Secondary Education will conduct 20th Edition of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) - The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has started the registration process for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2024 December Session.

Central Teacher Eligibiltiy Test will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) online modes across the country at various exam centres.

The online application for the CTET exam scheduled for December 2024 is now available on the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) website. On September, 17, 2024, the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is official website is opened the CTET apply Online 2024 link for the 20th edition of the CTET. To take the exam, candidates need to complete the CTET 2024 application form. The CTET deadline for completing the online application and paying the application fee on 16 October, 2024.

CTET Application Form 2024

Along with the formal notification, the CTET 2024 online application form was made available. The CTET Application form must be submitted by 16 October, 2024.

CTET December 2024 - Online registation / application process started from 17 September, 2024 onwards and the last date for submitting online application is 16 October, 2024 upto 11:59 hrs.

CTET fee can be paid up to 16 October, 2024 upto 11:59 hrs.

Central Board of Secondary Education will conduct Central Teacher Education Test (CTET) in CBT (Computer Based Test) Online Mode on 15 December, 2024.

The candidate applying for CTET is required:

• Candidates must thoroughly read the Information Bulletin and comply with all of its requirements.
• Candidates must be eligible to appear in the examination and submit an online application with complete information by visiting the CTET Official website.
• At the time of application, the candidate should write the whole mailing address, including the postal pin code.

Note:

If a candidate submits more than one online application, his/her candidature shall be liable to be cancelled and the candidate may also be debarred for future examinations.

No communication will be sent in this regard.

How to apply online / Method of Submission of Online Application Form - CTET 2024:

Step 1: Log on to the CTET official website, i.e. www.ctet.nic.in

Step 2: Go to the link 'Apply Online for CTET December 2023' and open the same

Step 3: Fill in the Online Application Form with the details like State, Identification Type, Candidate's Name, DOB, Gender, and Security Pin. After completing & submission the application form, a registration/application gets generated and note down the registration number/application number.

Step 4: Upload the scanned images of latest photograph and signature (Size of the photo should be in b/w 10 to 100 KB in JPG/JPEG format with 3.5 cm [width] x 4.5 cm [height])

Step 5: Pay the examination fee debit/credit card and net banking.

Fee Details for CTET December 2023 are as follows:

GST as applicable will be charged extra by the bank.

*Once the payment is done, it shall not be refunded or adjusted for the future test under any circumstances.

Mode of Payment: By Online-mode (Payment by Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking).

• Aspirants can select the mode of the payment as an online mode and should have to follow the instruction carefully while doing online payment

Step 6: Print confirmation page for the record and future reference. Candidates are required to take printout of the Confirmation Page for record and keep it for their reference.

NOTE:

As per the Class X Certificate, the candidate must give his or her name, mother's name and date of birth.

Please keep in mind that no requests for specific changes will be allowed once the deadline for online correction has passed.

Note:

Candidate should enter his/her particulars, i.e. Name, Father’s Name, Mother’ Name and Date of Birth as per Class X Certificate. Please note that no request for any change in particular will be accepted under any circumstances after the specified date for online correction is over.
