Candidates who are aiming to appear for the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) examination have to meet all the eligibility requirements set by the Council of Architecture (COA). The organising body has made some key changes in the eligibility criteria.
The examinations will be conducted in two attempts. Candidates have to note that the online registration for both the attempts will start from February 1, 2020.

Candidates who passed 10+2 with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate at the 10+2 level examination are only eligible. Aspirants those who are appearing for the 10+2 exam with PCM subjects in the current year can also appear for the exam; however, their result in NATA-2020 will be declared valid subject to fulfilling the above criteria.
The information bulletin clearly states that qualifying in NATA does not constitute a right/ guarantee in favour of the candidate for his/her admission to any architecture course unless he/she has fulfilled all the prescribed requirements as specified by respective counselling and admission authorities. Hence, candidates who satisfy the following credentials are eligible for admission to B.Arch course.
