The National Law Universities (NLU) formed a permanent body ''Consortium of NLUs,'' which is responsible for conducting the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). This national level entrance exam will be held once a year for admission to 21 prominent National Law Universities spread across the country besides some other private universities. 

In order to appear for the CLAT entrance exam, candidates should apply online and whose applications meet the eligibility criteria will only receive the acknowledgement from the organising body. CLAT Admit Card 2020

The National Law University Odisha, Cuttack is the organising institute for the CLAT 2020. The institute will release the CLAT admit card in the third week of April 2020.
