The application forms for XAT 2026 is now live on the official XAT website, with forms available from 10 July, 2025 to 05 December, 2025.
The XAT 2026 exam is scheduled to be held on Sunday, January 4, 2026.
The Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur conducts XAT on behalf on the Xavier Association of Management Institutes (XAMI). For over 72 years, XLRI has been organizing this national-level entrance exam to identify candidates best suited for advanced management education. The XAT score is accepted not only by XLRI but also by over 160 member and associate institutions, including more than 1,000 B-Schools across India offering MBA and PGDM Programmes.
Aspiring candidates aiming for admission into top-tier management institutes must complete the application form within the given deadline and stay updated on all further announcements via the official portal.
XAT 2026 Registration Fee (without late fee) - Rs. 2200/-
Candidates interested in XLRI programmes need to pay an additional fee of Rs. 200/- each.
Indian Candidates can apply through GMAT/GRE for PGDM (GM) whereas an NRI/Foreign national can apply through GMAT for all the programmes. Kindly note GRE Scores are only valid for PGDM (GM).
Fee for Indian Candidates applying for PGDM (GM) through GMAT/GRE - Rs. 2500/-
Fee for NRI / Foreign Candidates applying for one or more programmes through GMAT Rs. 5000/- each.
XAT 2026 - How To Apply?
The application form for XAT 2026 will be available on the official website through online mode.
The application forms should have to be filled online.
This year the candidates have to pay the registration fee by online mode only through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking.
No other mode of payment is allowed for XAT 2026
Applicants also have to upload passport size colour photograph along with signature.
INSTRUCTIONS
The application form is integrated with the payment gateway and the payment process can be completed by following the instructions.
The Payment can be made by using Debit Cards (Rupay / Visa / Master Card / Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards / Mobile Wallets.
After submitting your payment information, PLEASE WAIT FOR THE INTIMATION FROM THE SERVER. DO NOT PRESS BACK OR REFRESH BUTTON IN ORDER TO AVOID DOUBLE PAYMENT.
On successful completion of the transaction, an e-Receipt will be generated. No-generation of 'E-Receipt' indicates PAYMENT FAILURE. On failure of payment, candidates are advised to login again using their registered EMAIL ID and PASSWORD and repeat the process of payment.
Candidates are required to take a printout of the e-Receipt and online application form. Please note that if the same cannot be generated. online transaction may not have been successful.
For Card charges are listed in Indian Rupee. If you use a non-Indian credit card, your bank will convert to your local currency based on prevailing exchange rates.
There is facility to download / print application form containing fee details after payment of fees.
NOTE :
Applicants should have to print a confirmation page for future references.
