The National Board of Examinations (NBE) has released the NEET PG 2025 exam pattern along with the official information bulletin at nbe.
edu.in. The NEETPG 2025 Exam pattern includes information on the format, number of questions, time allotment, marking scheme and other specifics.
The NEET PG Examination will consist of 200 multiple-choice questions in total, in accordance with the paper pattern. There will be 800 Marks in total on the NEET PG 2025 exam paper. Four marks will be given for each right responses, and one mark will be subtracted for each incorrect response.
NEET PG 2025 has been scheduled and shall be conducted in a single day & single session as a computer based examination on 15 June, 2025.
At the time of online registration, a candidate will be required to choose the city in which he/she wants to take the test.

NEET-PG 2025 Examination shall be a multiple choice questions test delivered using computer based Network (CBT).
The examination comprises of 200 Multiple Choices, single correct response questions in English language only. Time allotted is 3hrs 30 mins.
NEET PG 2025 Paper Structure
Negative marking: There shall be 25% negative marking for incorrect answers. No marks will be deducted for unattempted questions.

NEET PG 2025: MOCK TEST
The NEET PG 2025 Mock test is made available by NBE at nbe.edu.in the official website.
The Mock examination serve as a demo exam for medical applicants for familiarise themselves with the format of the NEET PG 2025 Exam. Candidates won't need to have their NEET PG 2025 login information in order to practise the mock exam. Candidates can utilise the default login credentials for the NEET PG Mock test .
