NCHMCT JEE Seat withdrawal and Refund Policy 2025

Case 1: The entire amount will be repaid, with the exception of Rs. 2000 (counselling charge).

Candidates who do not receive seats in the first, second, or third rounds of counselling.

Candidates who are assigned seats in rounds one and two but withdraw according to the schedule.

Case 2: When partial refunds of the whole price will be made (except for the Rs. 2000 counselling fee).

Candidates that were assigned seats during the first, second, and spot rounds but did not withdraw due to non-reporting at the assigned institute.

Those who are assigned seats in the first, second, and spot rounds reported, but did not attend any classes and had their tickets deleted online.

NCHMCT JEE will strictly be on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the All India (Written Test) JEE. Based on marks scored by a candidate in NCHMCT JEE, he/she will be allotted an All India Rank (AIR). No group discussion or personal interview round is conducted for shortlisting candidates. So, admission is offered only on the basis of NCHMCT JEE merit and rank.

Reservation Of Seats:

As per Govt. of India rules and regulations, candidates belonging to certain categories like SC/ST, OBC, & General etc. seats are reserved for them. The following seats reserved for certain categories like:

(i) 15% of the Seats Reserved for Scheduled Castes (SC) Candidates.

(ii) 7.5% of the Seats Reserved for Scheduled Tribe (ST) Candidates.

(iii) 27% Seats for reserved Other Backward Classes (OBC) Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) Candidates as Per the Central List.

(iv) 10% of the Seats are reserved for General Economicaly Weaker Sections (General-EWS) Candidates.

(v) Reservation for Kashmiri Migrant / Kashmiri Pandits / Hindus (Non-Migrants) residing in Kashmir Valley (subject to notification from Ministry of Education for Academic Session 2025).

Each category will have 5% reservations for the candidates with 40% or more disability as defind the Section 2 (r) and 2 (zc) of Persons with Disabilities (RPwD) Act, 2016.
