The National Testing Agency (NTA) establishes the NCHM JEE 2025 eligiblity criteria for Hotel Management entrance exam candidates.
Before filling out the NCHM JEE Application Form, candidates should review the NCHMCT Eligibility criteria 2025 and the NCHMCT JEE Minimum age limit. Candidates must meet the hotel management age limit and the specified academic standards to be eligible for the NCHMCT JEE.

Provisional admission will stand cancelled if proof of having passed the qualifying examination (10+2 or its equivalent) is not submitted at the time of counselling or at the time of admission or latest by 30 September, 2025.
The offer of admission is subject to verification of original certificates / documents, including category certificate and PwD certificate (wherever applicable) at the time of admission. If any candidate is found inability to produce genuine certificate in original in support of passing 10+2 or equivalent examination and fulfillment of age criteria and category certificate or PwD Certificate (wherever applicable), his / her admission will stand cancelled.

NTA Specifies varied hotel management course age limits for candidates from various groups in the NCHMCT JEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria.

The upper age limit for physically challenged candidates will be determined by their category, i.e. General / EWS / SC / ST / OBC. The date of birth as mentioned on the secondary education board / pre-university certificate will be considered as legitimate proof. The certificate must be shown in original as proof of age during counselling; otherwise, the candidate will not be considered for NCHMCT JEE 2025 counselling / admission.
All qualified candidates will have to submit a physical fitnes certificate of carrying out practical claims as required in course at the time of admission from a Registered Medical Practitioner in the prescribed format.
Candidates can fill out the NCHMCT JEE Registration Form online until the deadline specified by the conducting authority. After the registration procedure is completed, the NTA will open the correction facility, where candidates can amend the exam city and other details. Candidates in the General /OBC Category must pay Rs. 1000 as an application cost, while those in the SC, ST, PwD and Transgender categories must pay half of the charge, Rs. 450.
