National Council For Hotel Management and Catering Technology Joint Entrance Examination (NCHMCT JEE) is conducted for admission for B.

Sc. (Hospitality & Hotel Administration). The NCHMCT JEE Application for 2025 has started from 16 December, 2024 at nchmjee.nta.nic.in. The NCHMCT JEE 2025 Application or registration process will be open till 15 February, 2025. The NCHMCT JEE 2025 exam will take place on 27 April, 2025 (Sunday).

How to Fill NCHMCT JEE 2025 Application Form?

Check out the step-by-step procedure for applying to NCHMCT JEE 2025:

Step 1: Register online

Candidates can register for the hospitality entrance exam online at the following link:

Name of the candidate/Mother's Name/Father's Name: Provide the Candidate's Name, Mother's Name and Father's Name in capital letters as they appear on the Secondary School Examination or Comparable Board / University Certificate. There may be no prefix in the candidate's name.

Birthdate: dd/mm/yyyy Provide the candidate's date of birth as it appears on their secondary school diploma or comparable board / university certificate.

Email Address and Mobile Number: Applicants are required to supply these details.

After registering, make a note of the application number generated by the system.

Step 2: Fill out the application form

Fill out the category information

Fill in the address with the PIN Code (Correspondence and Permanent Addresses).

Provide a selection of cities for examination centres.

Step 3: Upload legible scanned images

Candidate must submit the following scanned photos. Read the specifications and scan the photographs in the manner specified in order to submit them.

A recent photograph (in jpg/jpeg format; 10Kb - 200Kb) in color or black or white with 80% of the face (without mask) visible, including the ears, against a white backdrop.

Signature of the candidate (file size: 4Kb - 30Kb)

If applicable, PwD Certificate (file size 50Kb - 300Kb).

Step 4: Use the Payment Gateway to pay the fee

Netbanking / Debit / Credit Card / UPI / Wallet / Paytm linked into the Online Application as a payment gateway.

Choose any mode and pay the price.

Keep proof of payment with you at all times

Step 5: Download the print the acknowledgement form

After completing Step 4, the Application Form's Correction Page should be download.

Take a printout of it for future reference.

The confirmation page of the online Application Form could be generated only when the candidate successfully paid.

Check List of Online NCHM JEE Application Form 2025

Before completing the application forms, candidates should check the following points:

Whether they meet the eligibility requirements for the Test as outlined in the 'Conditions of Eligibility' section.

That they correctly entered their gender and category, namely General/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/SC/ST/Gen-EWS/Male/Female/Transgender, in the relevant column.

That they correctly entered the City of Examination in the relevant column.

That the person with Disability (PwD) candidate filled out the appropriate field on the Online Application Form. Only PwD applicants must fill out this column; everyone else must leave it blank.

If they maintained a printout of the application form (confirmation page) for their own records.

NCHMCT JEE 2025 Application Fee

The complete the submit the application form, candidates must pay the application cost. Only after the cost is received will the NCHMCT JEE 2025 application be considered complete. When the fee is successfully submitted, an acknowledgement form is generated, showing that the online form was submitted.

Documents Needed for NCHMCT JEE 2025 Application Form

Before beginning the online application process, candidates must have the following items and documents ready:

A computer with adequate internet access.

Details of a valid Government ID evidence

Date of Birth (As shown on the Class X Board Certificate)

Aadhaar Number (Last four digits) / Election Card (EPIC No.)/Passport Number / Ration Card Number/Bank Account Number / PAN Number / Other valid government ID's

Details about your education and qualifications

Clear passport phot scanned

Bank account information for fee payment

A real email address, as crucial communications will be sent to the address.

A legitimate mobile phone number, since crucial information will be delivered to this number by SMS.

Photo & Signature Scanning Specifications:

• Candidates should bring 6 to 8 passport size coloured pictures with a white backdrop.
• The Scanned clear passport photos must have 80% of the face (including ears) visible against a white background.

After submitting the NCHM JEE Application Form 2025

• After submitting the application form, be sure to perform the following:
• Take a least four pointouts of the Online Application Form's Confirmation Page.
• Take a print of the proof of payment.
• Keep copies of your photographs (the same ones you sent to the Online Application Form) with you.
• The candidate must then download the NCHMCT JEE 2025 admit card from the NTA Website a few days later, according to the date stated by NTA. Candidates must present for the examination at the designated location on the date, time and discipline specified on their admit card.

NCHM JEE Application Correction 2025

Before releasing admission cards to candidates, NTA would facilitate application correction for NCHMCT JEE. Candidates can use this feature to correct any errors in their information before the deadline. The following details can be corrected using the correction window:

• Name
• Contact information or an address
• Category of Persons with Disabilities status
• Details on educational qualifications
• The birth date
• Locations of preferred exam centers

Note:

Candidates need not send the printout of the online application form through post or by email.

On the basis of information given in the NIFT application form, admit card of provisionally eligible candidates will be available for download from the official website from March, 2025 onwards.
