How to Apply For JEE Main

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has started the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains 2025 registration & online application form for Session - 1.

JEE Main 2025 January Session 1 will be conducted between 22 to 31 January, 2025 and JEE Main 2025 April Session 2 will be conducted between 01 to 08 April, 2025 (Tentatively). JEE Exam 2025 will be held in two sessions for which the registration & application process will be conducted separately. The application process will be done through online mode only but there is no offline moder. The appliccation form will be available through online on the official website - jeemain.nta.nic.in.

Candidates except belonging to J&K, Assam, and Meghalaya, it is mandatory for all other candidates to register with their Aadhar Number. Candidates from J&K, Assam, and Meghalaya can register with a valid passport number, bank a/c number, ration card number or any such ID proof issued by the government.

Candidates are advised to provide a valid personal email ID and an active mobile number for JEE Main 2025 Registration.

JEE Main 2025 - Session (I) January Registration: 28 October to 22 November, 2024 Upto 9:00 PM

The application process contains 7 steps to complete the JEE Main 2025 Application Form. They are as follows:

  • Registration through their Aadhaar Number
  • Fill Online Application Form with carefully
  • Verification of Mobile Number and valid Email Id
  • Uploading of candidates photograph
  • Fee Payment
  • Slot Booking (Computer Based Test)
  • Printing of Acknowledgement Page

JEE Main - Session - 1 - 2025 - The application fee may be paid either by Credit/Debit Card (Except Master/Visa Card) Net Banking / UPI during the online filling of the application form

Note:

Above mentioned fees are only for one exam and aspirants who wish to appear for both the exams, i.e.

JEE Main (I) and JEE Main (II) have to register two times based on the registration dates. The application fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

The application fee varies for different categories as well as the choice of exam centre and mode of exam. The expected fee details for JEE Main 2025 with all the variations are mentioned above.

There will be a one-time facility for making corrections in certain fields of JEE Main Application Form. An additional amount of fee may be charged for making corrections.
