AIBE Exam Important Dates

Bar Council of India has released the AIBE XXI (21) 2026 Exams will be scheduled on O7 June, 2026.

The AIBE 21 (XXI) Exam 2026 will be conducted in Pen-and-Paper mode. The Bar examination is conducted once a year.

The Bar Council of India (BCI) has issued the timetable for the 21st Qualification test for Indian Nationals. All applicants with a legal degree from a foreign university are eligible to take the BCI 21st Qualificaton test. The qualifying exam will be conducted on 07 June, 2026. The Bar Council of India is located at 21, Rouse Avenue, Institutional Area, New-Delhi-110002. The BCI XXI (21) Exam will be held for 3 hours 30 minutes.

AIBE 2026 is conducted for Law Graduates who have registered or enrolled at any state bar council but have not cleared the bar exam.

BCI has released the document of AIBE XXI (21) 2026, which reveals various details on the conduct of the examination, including the  exam modes, exam centres and others.

The Bar Council of India (BCI) administers the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) to law graduates who aspire to practice law in India. The next edition of this exam, AIBE 21 (XXI), is scheduled to take place in June, 2026. Candidates who pass the AIBE test receive a Certificate of Practice from the BCI, allowing them to practise law in India. As a result, law graduates who wants to practise law in India must pass the AIBE Test.
