The NTA NEET Application form 2025 must be completed by candidates on the official website - neet.nta.nic.in. NEET UG 2025 will take place on May 04, 2025 in pen and paper format.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is inviting Online Applications for NEET (UG) - 2025 for admission to the undergraduate medical courses in all medical institutions in India.

As per Section 14 of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019, the NEET (UG) has to be conducted as a common and uniform National Eligibility cum-Entrance Test (NEET (UG) for admission to undergraduate medical entrance in all medical institutions. The NEET UG 2025 scores and merit list will aslo apply for admissions to BDS and BVSc & AH courses as followed in the past in accordance with the rules governmed by respective regulatory bodies. Similarly, as per section 14 of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine Act, 2020, there shall be a uniform NEET (UG) for admission to undergraduate courses in each of the disciplines i.e., BAMS, BUMS and BSMS courses of the Indian System of Medicine in all Medical Institutions governed under this Act.

NEET (UG) shall be applicable to admission to the BHMS course under the National Commission for Homeopathy.

MNS (Military Nursing Service) aspirants seeking admissions to B.Sc. Nursing Courses being conducted at Armed Forces Medical Service Hospitals for the year 2025 are required to qualify for NEET (UG). The NEET (UG) score will be used for shortlising for selection to the four-year B.Sc. Nursing Course.

The exam will be held on 4th May, 2025 and the duration of the examination will be 180 minutes (03 Hours) from 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM (IST).

The NEET (UG) - 2025 will be conducted in 13 Languages, i.e. Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.

The candidates falling on this list (available on https://www.ncbc.nic.in/) may mention OBC-NCL in the Category Column. State-Listed OBC-NCL Candidates who are not in OBC-NCL (Central List) must choose General.

Important Instructions:

1. Candidates can apply for NEET (UG) - 2025 through the "Online" mode only through the website - https://neet.nta.nic.in/

2. Submission of the Online Application Form may be done by accessing the NAT website https://neet.nta.nic.in/. The Application Form in any other mode will not be accepted.

3. Candidate has to upload recent passport photograph, address proof, scanned signature, etc. For detailed information please read the information Bulletin carefully.

4. Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate.

5. Candidates must strictly follow the instrutions given in the information Bulletin and on the NTA website. Candidates not complying with the instructions shall be summarily disqualified.

6. Candidates must ensure that the e-mail address and Mobile number provided in the Online Application Form are their own or Parents / Guardian's only as all information / communications will be sent by NTA through email on the registered e-mail address or SMS on the registered Mobile Number only.

Steps to fill NEET Application Form 2025

Step 1: NEET Registration 2025

The 'Fill Application Form' button must be clicked by candidates in order to compelete the neet.nta.nic.in application form 2025. Press 'New Registration' on the new page to be taken to the instructions page, which you should carefully read.

Select a password: Applicants will need to select a password, retype it, answer a security question, and move on to the next phase. It is recommended that candidates safeguard their security question and response, since they could need it to recover the password in the event that they lose it.

Generation of the provisional application number: The provisional application number will appear following a successful NEET registration. This is the NEET 2025 login ID, therefore make a note of it for any upcoming logins.

Step 2: Filling up the NEET 2025 Application Form

Section 2: Apply for : The "NEET" Entrance Exam will be automatically filled up in this part. Applicants must submit the following information:

  • Question Paper medium for NEET: There will be thirteen languages available for the exam: English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.
  • NEET 2025 exam city selection: Candidates will be required to select four exam cities where the examination will be held.

Section 3: Academic Information (Equivalent to Class 12): Enter the following information to qualify for 10+2:

Step 3: Uploading of scanned documents and images

Upon completing the NEET 2025 Application Form, candidates must upload scanned copies of their signature and photo in the designated locations.

Applicants must select "upload documents". Below is a list of the papers that need to be uploaded.

Passport-size photo: It needs to have a white background, the candidate's name, and the date of the photo underneath the image. The JPEG file might range in size from 10 KB to 200 KB.

Signature: This needs to be completed on white paper using a black ink pen, then scanned into a JPG file between 4 & 30 KB in size.

Left-hand thumb imprint: Candidates are required to upload a JPG file, no more than 10 KB to 200 KB in Size, of their left-hand thumb impression written in blue ink or white paper.

Postcard-size photo: In addition to the passport-size photo, candidates must upload postcard-size photographs in JPG format ranging to size from 10 KB to 200 KB.

Step 4: NEET Application fee payment

For candidates in the General category the NEET 2025 Application form cost is Rs. 1700. The option to pay the NEET Application fee 2025 will show up on the page after the documents have been uploaded in accordance with the requirements. 'pay examination fee' will be clicked. The only way to pay the NEET UG 2025 Application fee is online. The cost of the NEET Application form 2025 differ for the general, EWS, and OBC/ST/SC Categories.

Online Payment method: Applicants may use SBI, Syndicate Bank, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, or Paytm as service providers to pay the NEET 2024 application fee by debit, credit, net banking, or Unified Payment Interface (UPI). It is imperative for candidates to confirm that the credit or debit card they are using for payment is still valid. It is essential to verify the account balance and prepare all login information before going to submit the application using netbanking,

Note: If you paid online, save your transaction ID or receipt as proof of payment until your admission is complete.

Step 5: Printing the NEET Acknowledgement receipt

An acknowledgement receipt or confirmation page will be issued upon payment of the application fee.This indicates that the NEET 2025 application was submitted successfully.

The candidates' registered email address and mobile number will also receive a copy of the NEET acknowledgement or confirmation page.

It is recommended that candidates save this acknowledgement receipt for their records.It is also recommended that they print a copy of the same for their records.

NEET Application Form 2025: Necessary Documentation

Candidates must upload a passport-sized photo, their signature, left and right thumb and finger impressions, a postcard-sized photo, and other necessary files when completing the NEET-UG 2025 application form.The table below allows candidates to review the requirements for the documents that must be uploaded on the NEET 2025 Application form.
