How to Apply For JEE Advanced

The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2022 entrance examination will be reschedule the exam on August 28, 2022. The online registration for the JEE Advanced 2022 exam has commenced. Candidates who have qualified in the top 20 percentile are eligible to appear for JEE Advanced examination and those interested have to register online for the examination.

Candidates are advised to read the instructions before registering for the JEE Advanced exam. To register for JEE Advanced 2022 exam. JEE Advanced 2022 is the qualifying entrance exam for admission to 23 Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and ISM Dhanbad.

Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee is all set to conduct the JEE Advanced 2022 exam and has also announced the examination dates. The top 1.5 lakh rank holders of JEE are eligible to appear for JEE Advanced exam.

Registration Portal : Candidates MUST register for appearing for JEE (Advanced) 2022. Registration is to be done only through the online registration portal where detailed instructions for registration will be provided.

Candidates who wish to appear for JEE (Advanced) 2022 must pay the registration fee as mentioned in the following table.

Registration fee once paid is non-refundable and non-transferable. All candidates have to reach the examination centre at their own expense and have to make their own arrangments to appear for the examination.


Given below is a list of documents / certificates who scanned copies are to be uploaded at the time of online registration for JEE (Advanced) 2022.


Class X certificate if the date of birth is mentioned in it OR birth certificate.

Class XII (or equivalent examination) certificate (for those who appeaared first time for this examination) in 2021 or whose board declared the Class XII (or equivalent examination) results after October 15, 2020). If mark sheet / pass certificate of Class - XII (or equivalent examination) for 2022 is available then it must be uploaded.

Class XII (or equivalent examination) certificate (for those who appeaared first time for this examination in 2020 and are eligible to appear in JEE (Advanced) 2022).

If the candidate's name is not same in the Class X Certificate, Gazette notification showing the change of name.
