How to Apply For CEED

CEED Application Procedure 2025

Common Entrance Exam for Design (CEED) 2025 has released the official notification on 01 October, 2024.

Candidates who are interested and eligible for the CEED 2025 Exam can start register on the website. Regsitration form must be submitted ONLINE ONLY through the official website - ceed.iitb.ac.in. The CEED 2025 Application form will be available from 01 October, 2024 and the last date to submit the application from will be 31 October, 2024. CEED 2025 Exam will be conducted on 19 January, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.

CEED 2025 Application Form 2025 with a late fee of INR 500 will be available for 5-6 Days.

Steps to fill CEED Application Form 2025

To following is the step-by-step procedure for completing the CEED 2025 Application Form.

  • Online Enrollment.
  • Verify whether you qualify for CEED 2025.
  • Add the necessary information.
  • Add files
  • Cover the application cost.

Step 1 : Online Registration

Candidates must register by providing their name, date of birth, gender, address, phone number, and email address. Create a password for the applicant account that has just been created.

Step 2 : Check your eligibility for CEED 2025

Following a successful registration, the candidate will be taken to a window titled "Eligiblity check for CEED 2025".

  • Enter the following information in the log-in window:
  • Qualifying test
  • Year-end
  • Mobile Number

Step 3: Fill in essential details

In this step, the candidate must complete their educational background, correspondence skills, and personal information.

Additionally, the candidate must prioritize the selection of THREE exam centers.

Step 4: Upload documents

The candidates must then upload scanned copies of their diplomas from each category, photo and signature.

Step 5 : Pay the Application fee

Before filling the application form, all the candidates must ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria for appearing in CEED 2025.

While filling the CEED 2025 application form, the candidates need to fill in their personal and academic details along with the details related to communication. During CEED application filling procedure, the candidates also need to pay the application or exam fee. Find the application fee details below.

NOTE:

Candidates must note that application fee of CEED 2025 is non-refundable and non-transferable. Candidates can pay the application fee via credit card/debit card/net banking. The registration fee shown above does NOT include service and other charges and the processing fees that the banks may levy.

The normal registration fee shown above is applicable till the regular closing date of registration i.e., 31 October, 2024 at 11:55 PM. A late fee of Rs. 500 applies for ALL candidates for registrations submitted after the regular closing date. This provision is available till 05:00 PM on 08 November, 2024.

Document Checklist for filling out the CEED 2025 Application Form

When completing the CEED 2025 application form, the candidates needs to have the following documents on hand:

  • Recent Color Photograph
  • A scanned copy of your signature
  • Scanned copy of degree / diploma certificate
  • Valid category certificates from the relevant authorities (for candidates in the EWS, SC, ST and OBC-NCL Categories).
  • Valid medical certificate  issued by appropriate authorities (for PwD Category).
  • Any Pwd Candidate who needs compensatory time during the exam should upload a request letter.
  • Candidates whose name differs from that on the degree or diploma certificate must upload scanned pages of their passport, a marriage certificate, or a gazatte notice.
