The Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET) is a state level examination for the state of Andhra Pradesh. The AP EAMCET is organised by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE), a statutory body of the government of Andhra Pradesh. The exam is carried out by Jahawarlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Kakinada, on behalf of APSCHE.
AP EAMCET is an entrance examination conducted for admissions into professional courses related to medicine, engineering, and agriculture offered by various universities and colleges spread across the Andhra Pradesh State.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) was established and vested with the authority to conduct the medical entrance examination in the country. Apart from NTA, no board or university can conduct the medical entrance examination. Hence, AP EAMCET is conducted only for engineering and agriculture courses in the State.

The official notification for the examination will be released on February 20, 2020. Candidates who are aiming for admission to engineering and agriculture courses in the state can apply between February 28 and July 15, 2020. The online application forms are accepted after the final date with a late fee. The examination will be held from September 17 to 25, 2020. After the government decision that NTA is the only authorised body for conducting the medical entrance examination for admission to courses such as MBBS and BDS, the AP EAMCET is allowed only to offer professional courses in agriculture and engineering. The courses are given below.

In order to apply for AP EAMCET, candidates need to meet all the eligibility criteria set by the organising authority, JNTU Kakinada. The eligibility criteria to appear for the examination is described below.
Annually, the registration for the examination will be held between February and March. Candidates need to apply online only through the official website. Here are the steps to apply online for AP EAMCET.
Step 1: Visit the official website of AP EAMCET – www.sche.ap.gov.in/eamcet.
Step 2: Pay the prescribed registration fee, i.e., INR 500 and late fee (if so).
Step 3: Fill all the details in the online application form.
Step 4: Prior to submitting the details, verify the same.
Step 5: After submitting, the registration number will be generated.
Step 6: Take a printout of the application form and submit the same to the invigilator during the examination.
Step 7: One should affix a recent colour passport size photograph attested by the Gazetted Officer or Principal of the College.

The organising institute, JNTU Kakinada, is responsible for issuing the AP EAMCET admit card or hall ticket for the examination. Candidates should carry the AP EAMCET admit card to the allotted exam centre. Check the steps to download the AP EAMCET admit card.
Step 1: Visit the official portal of APSCHE.
Step 2: Click on the link 'AP EAMCET Hall Ticket'.
Step 3: Enter the details such as registration number and date of birth.
Step 4: Submit the details to access the AP EAMCET hall ticket.
Step 5: Download the AP EAMCET admit card 2020 and take a printout of the same.
The official activity schedule clearly reads that the AP EAMCET result 2020 will be released in the first week of Oct, 2020. Candidates who qualify in AP EAMCET will have chances of admissions through the counselling process. The qualified candidates can download their AP EAMCET score card after the declaration of result.
The State Council of Higher Education is responsible for holding the AP EAMCET 2020 counselling. The qualified candidates can participate in the web counselling, which is expected to begin after the AP EAMCET result 2020. The AP EAMCET counselling will take place in the month of June. Students who are aiming to participate in the AP EAMCET counselling have to pay INR 1200 for the admission procedure. The Council will release the AP EAMCET counselling schedule soon.
The option entry for the second round of Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Medicine Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET) 2020 counselling started on January 21, 2021.
Candidates who are aspiring for admission through EAMCET counselling can choose their options by logging in to the official website - apeamcet.nic.in. The last date to fill up the options is January 23.
Students need to download their allotment letters and self-report at the allotted colleges for admission.

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has released AP EAMCET seat allotment 2020 result on January 3 at 6 pm. Candidates who have registered for AP EAMCET counselling can check their AP EAMCET allotment result 2020 on the official website - apeamcet.nic.in.
One can check their seat allotment result through candidate login. The seat allotment will be based on the web options exercised by the candidates in counselling. The seat allotment will be purely based on the merit rank and category of candidates.

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has activated the AP EAMCET Counselling 2020 option entry link which will be available on the official site of APSCHE APEAMCET - apeamcet.nic.in. Students from rank 1 to 60,000 can make changes in the option till December 29, 2020.
The official notice reads, "It is informed that Certificate verification will also be conducted as per the schedule mentioned below along with option entry. The candidates who have paid processing fee online and eligibility status in the web portal as “not eligible” or eligible but wish to change the data can attend certificate verification during the following schedule. Candidates not attended counseling earlier under Special category are informed that the certificates verification will be conducted only on 29- 12-2020 at Government Polytechnic, Vijayawada only."

The Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education (APSCHE) is all set to start the AP EAMCET counselling 2020 from October 23, onwards. Candidates who have qualified in the written exam can participate in the AP EAMCET web counselling comprising payment of processing fee and certificate verification.
Candidates are required to pay the AP EAMCET counselling fee using a debit card, credit card, or net banking. The AP EAMCET counselling will be conducted for admission to the courses B.E/B.Tech/Pharmacy in the participating institutes.

The Department of Technical Education, Andhra Pradesh has released the AP EAMCET counselling schedule. The online AP EAMCET counselling process will begin from October 23 for admission to undergraduate courses.
Candidates who have qualified in the AP EAMCET exam will be able to register for the online web-based counselling at apeamcet.nic.in. The AP EAMCET 2020 entrance exam was conducted on September 17, 18, 21, 22 and 23 for Engineering programmes and between September 23 and September 25 for Agriculture programmes. The result was released on October 10.
