AP EAMCET (EAPCET) Selection Procedure

AP EAPCET (EAMCET) 2025 is a state-level entrance exam conducted for admissions into various undergraduate professional courses offered by universities and colleges in Andhra Pradesh.

The selection process begins after the declaration of results by JNTU, Anantapur, followed by counselling, which is expected to be held in June 2025. Candidates will be invited for counselling based on their rank in the entrance exam.

Counselling & Document Verification

During AP EAPCET 2025 counselling, candidates must undergro certificate verification at designated Help Line Centres as per the schedule. The required documents include:

  • PH, NCC, CAP, Sports Certificates (If applicable)
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Residence Certificate or either parent

Choice Filling & Seat Allotment

Once documents are successfully verified, canddiates can participate in the Choice-filling process by selecting their preferred colleges and courses. These choices must be lockaed within the given time grame. Based on rank, seat availability, and preferences, the seat allotment will be conducted. After receiving an allotment letter, candidates must pay the admission fee and report to the allotted college to complete the admission formalities.

The AP EAPCET 2025 counseling schedule is expected to be released in July 2025 by APSCHE on its official website. Candidates will find details on counselling fees, document verification, web option entry, seat allotment, and reporting procedures in the official notification.

Eligibility for Counselling

Only candidates who have qualified in AP EAPCET 2025 will be eligible to participate in counseling. They must submit documents for verification and complete the fee payment online. Candidates can checl their counselling dates using their hall ticklet number and date of birth.

The APSCHE conducts the counselling and seat allocation process for B.Tech., B.Pharm., B.Sc. (Agriculture), Bachelor of Fisheries, and Bachelor of Horticulture programs. The counselling and seat distribution are based on merit and candidates preferences. The official AP EAPCET 2025 exam dates are expected to be announced on the official website in March, 2025.

 

 

AP EAMCET Counselling 2025 - List of Documents for Verification

See the table below for the list of documents needed at the time of AP EAMCET 2025 Document verification:

  • AP EAMCET 2025 Rank Card
  • AP EAPCET 2025 Hall Ticket Transfer Certificate (TC)
  • Memorandum of Marks (Inter or its equivalent)
  • Proof of Date of Birth (SSC or its Equivalent Memo)
  • Study Certificate for grades VI through Intermediate;
  • MeeSeva EWS Certificate valid for 2025 for OC Candidates seeking to claim reservation under the EWS category; Residence certificate for the seven years prior to the qualifying exam, i.e., Inter, or its equivalent for private candidates.
  • The state of Andhra Pradesh ten-year residence certificate for the mother or father
  • Omitting the time spent working for Tahsildar for Non-Local candidates outside of Andhra Pradesh and the Integrated Community Certificate, If awarded by the appropriate authority for BC, ST, or SC Candidates.
  • Parent's income certificate or White Ration Card (Candidate's name and either parent's name must be on the ration card) for individuals requested reimbursement for tuition.
  • A candidates who moves from the state of Telangana to any area of Andhra Pradesh will be considered a local candidate in the state of Andhra Pradesh, Provided they have a local status certificate (if applicable).

Who is eligible for AP EAMCET 2025 Couselling?

AP EAMCET Counselling is available to candidates who fulfill the necessary requirements:

  • Candidates must pass the AP EAMCET 2025 exam and receive a rank in order to be eligible for AP EAMCET web-based counselling in 2025.
  • must pass the 10+2 exam or a comparable one.
  • Candidates in the Other Category (General) must receive at least 45% (44.5% and higher) in group topics.
  • Candidates from the reserved categories (BC, SC, and ST) must receive 40% (or above) in group subjects.
  • Each applicant must have reached the age of sixteen.
