BITSAT Admit Card

Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test (BITSAT) is a competitive entrance examination conducted for admission into Integrated First degree programs at various BITS Campus.

Eligible candidates who meet the prescribed criteria are required to complete the online registration process in order to appear for the test.

Only applicants with successfully submitted and accepted application froms will be permitted to take the BITSAT exam. As part of the process, candidates must download their BITSAT 2025 admit card from the official website - bitsadmission.com. It is mandatory to carry a valid amit card to the exam centre, as entry without it will not be allowed.

The BITSAT 2025 Admit card for session 1 has now been officially released by BITS Pilani. Candidates can log in using their application number and password to acces and download the hall ticket. The admit card will include essential information such as the exam date, test centre address, and personal details of the candidate.

Prior to the release of the admit card, candidates are also requiredto complete the BITSAT 2025 slot booking process, which enables them to choose a preferred date and time for the exam. It's important to note that separate admit cards will be issued for each session of the examination.

BITSAT 2025 Session I will be held from May 26 to May 30, 2025

BITSAT 2025 Session II is scheduled from June 22 to June 26, 2025

How To Download BITSAT Admit Card 2025?

Candidates have to follow the below steps to download the BITSAT admit card. Aspirants cannot take the examination without a valid admit card. Hence, one should download the admit card and carry the same to the test centre.

Step 1: Visit the official website of BITSAT. 

Step 2: Click on the BITSAT admit card link.

Step 3: Enter the details such as application number, gender, date of birth and email-ID. 

Step 4: Submit the details to access the BITSAT admit card. 

Step 5: Download the BITSAT admit card and take a printout. 

BITSAT Slot Booking 2025

The Slot booking link will be opened by the authorities prior to the BITS Pilani admission card being issued. Candidates must select their preferred exam date, time and centre when booking a seat for BITSAT 2025.

How to book a Slot for BITSAT 2025?

Candidates appearing for BITSAT 2025 must complete the slot booking process in order to choose their preferred exam date and time. Follow the steps below to successfully reserve your slot.

Step 1 : Go the official website of BITSAT - bitsadmission.com

Step 2 : Click on the link titled "BITSAT SLot Booking" available on the homepage.

Step 3 : The  system will redirect you to  the "Online Test Booking System: (OTBS) in a new browser tab.

Step 4 : Enter your BITSAT login information, including your application number and password.

Step 5 : Your allotted test city will be appearing on the screen. From the availabe options, select your preferred test date.

Step 6 : Choose your desired exam center / location and time slot based on availability.

Step 7 : After verifying your selections, click on "Confirm" to finalize your slot booking.

Step 8 : A confirmation message will be sent to your registered mobile number or email ID once the booking is successfully completed.

Important Note

Slot booking is done on a first-come, first-served basis. Candidates are advised to complete the process as early as possible to get their preferred slot.

Documents To Carry Along With BITSAT Admit Card

BITSAT Exam Instructions 

• The test takers are advised to check the instructions printed on the BITSAT admit card. These instructions will help the aspirants to make the examination process easy on the test day. The important BITSAT instructions are as follow. 
• Candidates should carefully check the examination centres because exam authority may not allot the first preference. 
• The change of test centre will not be entertained.
• One should bring two passport size coloured photograph along with BITSAT admit card and photo identity card.  
• No electronic devices such as mobile phones, Bluetooth and calculator are permitted in the examination hall. 
• Aspirants should bring their own pencil or pen to the examination hall.
• Candidates should reach at least 35 to 40 minutes prior to the examination schedule. 
• Without completion of the exam time, candidates will not be permitted to go out.
