The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is a National-Level Entrance Examination for admission to management programmes in the country

CMAT Overview

This tewst facilitates AICTE affiliated / participating Institutions to select suitable graduate candidates for admission to the management courses in their Institutions.

Till, 2018, the Test was conducted by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). NTA is conducting this Test since 2019.

The CMAT Score is accepeted by all AICTE - Approved Institutions / University Departments / Constituent Colleges / Affiliated Colleges.

CMAT - 2025 will be conducted by NTA as three-hour entrance examination in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode to evaluate the candidates' ability across various segments like Quantitative Technique adn Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension, General Awareness and Innovation & Entrepreneurship, for admission to the Management Courses in the Academic Session 2025-26. The participating Institutes of CMAT-2025 are the Institutions which will be accepting the CMAT Score.

AICTE in its mission to reduce the burden of students in attending to multiple examinations has launched the first national level Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) in the year 2012 for facilitating institutions to select suitable students for admission in all management programs approved by AICTE.

CMAT 2025 City Intimation Slip Released

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) 2025 City Intimation slip on 17 January, 2025. Candidates who have registered for the exam can visit the official website - exams.nta.ac.in/CMAT/ to access the city intimation slip. The CMAT 2025 exam will be conducted on 25 January, 2025 in two shifts. Morning Shift I - 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM & Afternoon Shift 2 - 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM as Computer Based Test (CBT).

CMAT 2025 Notification Released

The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) 2025 notification has been officially released by the National Testing Agency (NTA). CMAT is a national - level entrance exam for admission to MBA / PGDM and other management programs in top AICTE - approved institutions. The CMAT 2025 Application process started from 14 November, 2024 to 13 December, 2024 upto 9:50 PM. CMAT 2025 Exam will be conducted on 25 January, 2025 and the admit will be released before the exam, that is on 20 January, 2025.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the Notification about the dates of Submission of the Application Form, the Last Date of successful transaction of fee and the Correction in Particulars in the Application at its official website. The desirous candidates who look into finding a way in the field of Management, are supposed to fill out and submit the Application Form on time. To get the latest updates and news related to the Entrance Test, CMAT; candidates are requested to visit the official website, cmat.nta.nic.in at regular intervals.

CMAT 2025 Exam Centres:

A candidate has to choose up to three cities based on their preference for choosing the exam centres of CMAT 2025. The CMAT 2025 centre will be allowed based on the availability.

It is mandatory for candidates to select four cities of their choice while filling the online Application Form of CMAT 2025. The City of Examination once chosen and allotted cannot be changed (after the closing of the correction windown) and any request in this regard will not be entertained.

NTA will allocate the Examination centre in the chosen city, which will be mentioned in the Admit Card.

About National Testing Agency (NTA):

The Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India (GOI) has established the National Testing Agency (NTA) as an independent, autonomous, and self-sustained premier testing organization under the Societies Registration Act (1860) for conducting efficient, transparent and international standards tests in order to assess the competency of candidates for admissions to premier higher education institutions.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has been entrusted by the Ministry of Education with the task of conducting the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) 2019.

NTA is the newly formed body by the centre to conduct JEE Main, GPAT, NEET UG, UGC NET, and CMAT entrance exams through online mode from 2019 onwards.

CMAT Notifications

CMAT 2023 Registration Started from 14 Feb, 2023

National Testing Agency has announced the CMAT 2023 registration process on 14 February, 2023.

Candidates who are interested and apply for the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) 2023 on the official website - cmat.nic.nic.in. The Last date for the applying for CMAT Application form is 06 March, 2023 Upto 5:00 PM.
CMAT 2021 Exam On March 31, Check Latest Updates

The NTA is conducting the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) 2021 exam on March 31 in two shifts, from 9 am to 12/12:30 pm and from 3 pm to 6/6:30 pm.

Candidates who are aspiring to appear in the exam should provide the self-declaration form. The entrance exam is conducted for admission to management courses in the participating institutes.
CMAT 2021 Admit Card Released

The NTA has released the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) admit card 2021. It has released the admit card for the entrance exam scheduled to be held on March 31, 2021.

CMAT 2021 Registration Window To Close Soon

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is all set to close the registration window of the Common Management Aptitude Test (CMAT) 2021. Interested candidates who have not yet registered can fill the application forms before March 1, 2021, on the official website - cmat.nta.nic.in.

The admit card will be released in the second week of March and exams will be conducted in the first week of April 2021.
CMAT 2021 Exam Postponed

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has postponed the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) 2021 exam. The exam was postponed due to a proposal from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) regarding the change of the exam pattern.

The official notice reads, "The new date for CMAT-2021 Examination will be intimated soon on the website of NTA. It is likely to be in the last week of March-2021 or early April-2021."

It has also activated the registration window. The online applications will be accepted till March 2, 2021.
CMAT 2021 Correction Window To Close Today

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the correction window on February 2, 2021. Candidates who want to make changes in their registration form can now do so by logging in to the official website at cmat.nta.nic.in.

Candidates need to enter their application number, password, and security pin to login and make changes. The national-level entrance exam will be conducted in computer-based mode on February 22 and February 27, 2021.
CMAT 2021: Application Window To Close Soon

The NTA will be closing the application window of CMAT 2021. Interested candidates who have not yet registered for the exam are advised to apply online without any delay.

The Agency will be closing the registration window on January 30, 2021. One can register for CMAT at cmat.nta.nic.in. The entrance exam will be held on February 22 and 27, 2021.
CMAT 2021 Notification Released

The NTA has released the CMAT 2021 notification. The online applications were accepted between December 23, 2020, and January 22, 2021.

The CMAT 2021 exam will be conducted on 22/27 February 2021. NTA has also provided an option to make corrections in the particulars of application forms. The entrance exam is conducted for entry into management courses.

The NTA has released the CMAT result 2020. Candidates who have appeared for the written examination conducted on January 28 can visit the official website to check their results.

Candidates should use their login details such as application number and date of birth to access the CMAT result 2020. It is advised to download the CMAT result and take a printout for future reference.
