CMAT Selection Procedure

The CMAT 2025 selection procedure is a multi-step process that enables candidates to gain admission into AICTE-approved management programs.

Here's an overview:

1. CMAT Exam : Candidates must appear for the online CMAT 2025 test, which evaluates skills in Quantitative Techniques, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension, General Awareness, And Innovation & Entrepreneurship.

2. Scorecard Release : After the exam, NTA releases the scorecard containing sectional and overall percentiles.

3. Application to Institutes : Candidates apply to individuals institutes accepting CMAT scores based on their preferences and cutoff criteria.

4. GD / PI / WAT Rounds : Shortlised candidates are invited fro further selection rounds, including Group Discussions (GD), Personal Interviews (PI), and / or Written Ability Tests (WAT), depending on the institute's admission process.

5. Final Selection : Institutes compile a merit list considering CMAT Scores, GD / PI / WAT Performance, academic background, and work experience (if applicable).
