How to Apply For AEEE

Amrita Entrance Examination Engineering (AEEE) 2025 has opened online registration form for phase 1 on 22 October, 2024 and the exam will be conducted in the Computer Based Test mode around 90 centres spread across the country.

The AEEE 2025 application form are made available online. Candidates who are interested and eligible can submit their online application form via the website - amrita.edu/btech. Candidates need to complete the sections such as personal profile and academic profile in order to submit the application form. Candidates can submit the deails initially and complete the application fee payment at a later stage. However, one should understand that the application will be deemed complete only after the payment.

How to fill AEEE 2025 Application Form?

Candidates can check the steps to fill out the application form for AEEE 2025 given below:

Step 1: Registration

Aspirants are required to register by creating their profile on the Amrita Online Admissions Portal. After registration, candidates have to fill in the following details in the application form:

• Personal Profile (Name, Address & Contact details)
• Academic Profile (Marks of the qualifying examination & year, Last attended school)
• Family Profile (Income details)
• Academic Programme Preference - The Academic Programme is a combination of both campus and branch to the updated prior to registration for counselling
• Mode of Admission - AEEE / JEE Main

1. AEEE 2025: Choose the examination centre, date and slot

2. JEE (Main) 2025: Enter the details as in JEE Main Scorecard.

• Choice of the city to attend AEEE 2025. A candidate appearing for CBT should submit three preferences from the list of cities available.
• JEE Mains 2025 details (as in score card) if opting throug JEE mode.

Step 2: Uploading of Images

In this step, candidates need to upload their recent colour photograph and signature. Below are the specifications for Photograph and Singature:

• The photo should not be blured or defaced.
• All applications will be rejected if the photo is black and white, not clear or blurred.
• Aspirants should ensure that they a clean, black and white picture of the signature required to be uploaded.
• Upload the photo and signature as per the specifications only.

Step 3: Preview of the AEEE 2025 Application form

After the submitting all the details, candidates can check the filled-in application form by using the preview option. In case candidates have made any mistakes in the application form, they can get them corrected or edit the data and save them. After checking all the details, candidates can move to the payment page.

Step 4: Payment of application fees

The last step is to pay the application fees. Candidates seeking admission through Amrita Entrance Examination - Engineering 2025 should pay INR 1200 as application fee. However, the application fee for candidates seeking admission based on the rank scored in JEE Mains in INR 500. Candidates should pay INR 1200 if they want to try to secure admission through both AEEE and JEE Rank.

AEEE 2025 REGISTRATION FEES

The application fee may be paid online either by credit / debit card or net banking. In case the examination fee is paid through credit / debit card, the candidates may have to pay an additional processing chrages of the concerned bank.

Note that fee submitted through any other mode like money order, demand craft, IPO etc. is not accepted for online applications.

Application fees once paid will not be refunded (full or partial) under any circumstances. If any candidates has paid excess fees by way of broken transaction or payment gateway issues, it will be refunded automatically.
