COMEDK UGET Examination Pattern

COMEDK UGET is a state-level entrance test mandatory for all candidates seeking admissions to engineering and technical programmes in Member Institutions of COMEDK. Rank list is generated based on the candidate's scores in the entrance test. COMEDK UGET exam is generally based on the syllabus of 10+2 or 2nd PUC.

COMEDK UGET 2020.

The COMEDK UGET examination will be conducted on 10th May, 2020. Candidates can apply online for COMEDK UGET till 17th April, 2020. Result for the COMEDK UGET will be available on May 31, 2020.

Payment using Net Banking Convenience fee will be between Rs. 18 and Rs. 23 (may vary from bank to bank)+ GST on convenience charge on applicable Once you are directed to Citrus Payment Gateway and enter your card details, you will be able to see "convenience charges are applicable "below the "PAY" button. Click on the convenience charges are applicable" to view your convenience charges.

This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances including judical and other statutory reasons.

Fee payment for application is only through online mode via Net Banking, Credit Card and Debit Card. Please check "Convenience Charges before payment.

You will be directed to Citrus payment portal after clicking on submit button to complete the payment process.

Please re-login into application after completion of your payment to verify the status of your payment.

The application fee paid for COMEDK are independent for each other. For claim/issues, if any, the candidates have to approach the respective agencies for redressal.

COMEDK UGET Test Pattern.

The COMEDK UGET entrance test is conducted only for engineering programs after the government made the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) as a mandatory exam for medical and dental courses in India. The test pattern for engineering programme is given below.

 Important Points 

  • Candidates are required to mark their answers on an OMR Answer sheet (Optical Mark Reader) Each correct answer is awarded one mark

  • Marks will not be awarded for multiple marking (marking multiple responses) of any question There will be no negative marking.

  • However, in the event of a tie in the test score the principle of least negative responses (Number of wrong answers) will be adopted

  • Physics and Chemistry as one paper for two hours duration besides Mathematics as one paper for the one-hour duration

  • In addition, if required, other methods may be adapted to break ties vide para 67 of the brochure

  • The qualifying mark for general category candidate is 50% while it is 40% for SC, ST and OBC Rank list is based on the candidate's scores in core subjects Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology while English is only the qualifying paper and its score is considered while preparing merit list
