Design Exam

Students typically pursue undergraduate courses like Bachelor of Design (B.Des) or Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) after completing 10+2. Entrance Exams like NID DAT, UCEED, NIFT and CEED are common for admissions to top design institutes in India. The duration of a B.Des program is generally 4 years.

Product Design: Designing physical products with a focus on forum, function and usability - ranging from household items to tech gadgets and furniture.

Interior Design: Designing indoor spaces for homes, offices and commerical places with attention to aesthetics, functionality and ergonomics.

UI/UX Design: Focusing on the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for websites, apps, and digital products to ensure intuitive, accessible and visually engaging interactions.

Animation and Multimedia Design: Producing animations, visual effects and multimedia content for entertainment, advertising, education, and gaming industries.

Communication Design: Combining visual storytelling, branding and media to deliver clear and compelling messages through various platforms.

Industrial Design: Designing large-scale or complex systems, vehicles, applicances, or equipment with an emphasis on innovation, usability and manufacturing feasibility.
