CAT Admit Card

The organising institute is responsible for issuing the Common Admission Test (CAT) admit card for examination. Candidates who have registered online for the CAT examination can download the admit card of CAT from the official site. 

IIM Kozhikode will be conducting the CAT 2020 examination. The admit card for CAT will be released on October 28 - November 29, 2020. The sources suggest that CAT admit card 2020 download option will be available from 5 pm onwards. Aspirants should note that CAT admit card will be available until the exam date, i.e., November 29, 2020.

Steps To Download CAT Admit Card 2020

Step 1: Visit the official website of CAT 2020 – iimcat.ac.in 

Step 2: Enter through the CAT login ID and password

Step 3: CAT admit card 2020 will be displayed

Step 4: Download the PDF file of the admit card

Step 5: Take a printout of the CAT admit card and keep the soft-copy safe for future reference

CAT admit card will be available on the official website until the day of the exam. Candidates who obtained the CAT admit card will find the information such as the name of the candidate, date of birth, registration number, date and slot of CAT 2020, category, name of the exam centre, test system number, exam day instructions, candidates' photograph and signature. 

The CAT 2020 will be held across 147 centres across the country and at more than 400 test venues. The exam will be conducted in 140 test cities spread across the country. The selection of the candidates will be based on their performance in the Written Ability Test (WAT), Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). The CAT 2020 exam is scheduled to be conducted on November 29, 2020.

CAT Test Day Instructions 

• Candidates need to paste a passport size colour photograph in the space provided. 
• Candidates should sign in the provided space only in the presence of an invigilator.  
• Two copies of the CAT admit cards are to be carried, of which one should be submitted to the invigilator. 
• Test-takers need to report at least 30 minutes before the exam starts at the test centre. 
• Candidates should carry only CAT admit card 2018 and government ID card for verification. 

CAT admit cards will be available to those who have completed the application process successfully that includes payment of the application fee. The organising body has given an opportunity to the candidates who had uploaded an improper photograph. Candidates who are not able to download the CAT admit card 2019 are advised to contact the admission office immediately. For other academic queries, contact the CAT Centre office.
