These four months are absolutely important for preparations and to stay focused. So it's important to set their brain cool and calm all the time because a fresh mind can absorb well.

 

In order to keep the mind fresh specifically during the exam time, students should take the study breaks at regular intervals. Taking breaks for every forty five minutes will enable you to stay focused. Students should also know how the study breaks are going to benefit them in increasing their productivity.   • Take a shower, which rejuvenates your brain and body.
  • Do meditation and breathing exercises, which will help you concentrate.
  • Use the study breaks to cool your hunger. However, eating too much will make you drowsy.
  • As we mentioned above, take power naps at regular intervals.
  • Boost your energy with dancing or painting, however, too much of either is not suggested.
