Top 10 Last Minute Tips To Crack JEE Main 2018

In a couple of weeks, lakhs of engineering aspirants will take the most awaited Joint Entrance Examination 2018. You might have studied both day and night in the last three months for the JEE preparation, but one thing we can surely say is the final days of learning are very crucialin achieving the high-score.

The effective preparation on the final days will maintain the momentum and keep your confidence intact. In fact, the last days of preparation will determine how aspirants are going to perform in the exam. Let's tour the top 10 last minute tips of the JEE Main.

1. Give Importance To Basic Concepts

Many aspirants keep the revision part of basic concepts at the end which will take them to negative marking or unattempted questions in the exam. They should make time for the basic concepts because it will help in dealing with the core questions.

2. Focus On Formulae And Theorems

Students usually get confused with the formulae, reactions and theorems, hence, it is suggested to revise at least two or three times especially in the last days of preparation. Aspirants should plan accordingly, to memorize them.

3. Give Importance To Your Favourite Concepts

The panic is very obvious to many students when they see any topic that they haven't studied well. This is because students might feel that these topics are difficult for them to read. In this situation, students loosen the grip on the topics that they've studied well. Avoid this and focus on the topics you know better.

4. Never Ignore Revision

After putting in all your efforts for more than two or three months, you should allot enough time for revision depending upon your speed because it cannot be completed in one or two days. And remember that this is only for revision not to start a new topic.

5. Take A Mock Test

No matter how many marks you attain in a mock test, attempting the mock test will boost your confidence and speak where you stand in the competition. Once you are done with the mock test, analyse where and why you went wrong. We assure that you'll not commit that mistake again.

6. Clear All Your Doubts

Whenever you got a doubt, clear it immediately because we don't how it will affect in the examination. Make use of all the resources to clear the doubts.

7. Do Not Study For Long Hours

The final days are extremely important and one should deal it in a different way. Studying for long hours is not advised in the last days because it will exhaust you. One should devote time equally for other aspects such as mocks and practice.

8. Rejuvenate With Breaks

Loosing the energy during final days is not a good idea. You should avail small breaks of at least five minutes in an hour to keep yourself active in preparation.

9. Stay Healthy & Sleep Early

Never ignore the health, especially in final days of preparation, because it will destroy all your future goals. Adequate amount of sleep is required to keep your brain in good functioning. At least eight hours of sleep is required. And one can reach success only with a fresh mind, which is possible when you give enough rest to your brain.

10. No Space For Panic

Always motivate yourself that you've done enough in the last two or three months of preparation. Keep yourself active and do not panic during the final days. Good luck!
