Keep learning new songs once you've memorized one and you would gradually catch hold of the fluency.

Observe and learn

If you are a visual person, keep watching English movies or even your favourite cartoons in English. This will help you know where to apply certain words in the vocabulary so that you could use it with people in real life. If you like imagination, start with easy to read books with big letters and lots of pictures and try finishing them soon. If it makes to eager to read more, congratulations, you've already crossed half the bridge of your endeavor!

Surfing does not include browsing alone. It also includes reading through hard copies. So try this. Whenever you are eager to learn new words, grab a dictionary. It is less time consuming than an online dictionary since you will have nil distraction in a hard copy. Choose one new word, learn its meaning and try making sentences with it. Type it in google and check for a grammatically correct way to make that sentence. Now, be ready to use it to someone. Everyday if you do this exercise, you are sure to crack the tough nut of learning easily.
