After the announcement of the RRB Group D exam date , the board has released the RRB Group D exam pattern. The Computer Based Tests (CBT) for the posts under the RRB Group D is likely to start from September 17, 2018. The admit card, exam city and shift details will be live 10 days prior to the start of the exam.

RRB Group D Exam Pattern

The RRB Group D exam will be objective type and the duration of the exam is 90 minutes. However, 120 minutes for eligible PWD candidates accompanied with a scribe. 1/3 of the marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

When the RRB Group D exam date is approaching, aspirants should give more importance to the topics with high weightage. Taking a mock test prior to the exam is suggested to beat the ambiguity over the Computer Based Test (CBT). Try to solve all the previous years' question papers which will help a lot in understanding the exam format.

Proper time management is required to attempt the question paper completely in the RRB Group D exam. While practising, aspirants should give more importance to time management. Allot time to each topic based on its weightage. For instance, around 30 questions will be asked from the General Intelligence and Reasoning section; hence, give priority to this section.

General Science: All the basic concepts of physics, chemistry and life sciences at class 10 level

General Awareness and Current Affairs: Trending issues in science & technology, sports, culture, personalities, politics and economics. Give special attention to people in the news and events.
