Ministry of Home Affairs' Intelligence Bureau (IB) is accepting applications for MHA IB SA/MT and MTS Recruitment 2023. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for Security Assistant or Motor Transport (SA/MT) and Multi-Tasking Staff/General (MTS/General) positions by November 13, 2023, through the official website mha.gov.in.

IB Vacancy

The Intelligence Bureau has officially released a recruitment notification for the post of Security Assistant and Multi-Tasking Staff at mha.gov.in/, and there are a total of 677 vacancies for both posts, with 362 for Security Assistant (SA)- Motor Transport (MT) and 315 for Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS).

Eligibility Criteria for the IB Posts

Moreover, there are several prerequisites that the candidates have to fulfill for their application to be considered. This includes age restrictions, educational qualifications, as well as specific skill requirements for different positions. Selection Process

The selection process, the candidate must take Tier-I at one of the 5 assigned centers, chosen from a list of five cities. Incorrect answers result in a deduction of one-fourth mark, and no marks are given for unanswered questions. Questions that candidates mark for review are not counted in the evaluation.

Application Fees

Apply online for a position as a Security Assistant or Multi-Task Staff, candidates are required to pay an application fee. The fee is ₹500 for General, Other Backward Class, and Economically Weaker Section applicants. However, applicants who belong to Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Caste, Person with Disability, or Female candidates only have to pay ₹50.
