Revised Vacancy Details

The recruitment update includes the following key changes:

  • Pharmacist posts increased from earlier 560 to 564 vacancies
  • UPPCB (Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board) vacancies reduced under Advertisement No. 02-Exam/2026
  • Junior Assistant posts revised to 4 positions

These revisions have been officially communicated through corrigenda issued by UPSSSC as part of ongoing recruitment updates.

Application Timeline

Despite the changes in vacancy numbers, the application schedule remains unchanged, allowing candidates to continue applying within the previously announced deadlines.

For the Pharmacist recruitment:

  • Application period: March 9 to March 29, 2026
  • Correction window: Expected till early April 2026

Candidates who have not yet applied are advised to complete the process within the stipulated timeline.

Eligibility & Selection Process

For the Pharmacist post, candidates are typically required to:

  • Hold a Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or equivalent qualification
