Fill in personal, academic, and contact details
Upload scanned photograph and signature as per specifications
Pay the application fee online
Submit the form and download the confirmation page

Eligibility Criteria

Should have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology
Minimum aggregate of 60% in PCM/PCB (50% for reserved categories)
Candidates should be born on or after July 1, 2004
