The CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) will be conducting the Psychology paper for Class 12, on Apr 5, 2018. Few more days to go and it would finally be the most important day of one's school tenure. The Class 12 board exams need to be passed with flying colours, so as to get admission to a great college or institution of one's choice.

A student who is attending psychology exam must always remember to make a study plan as the first step. Here are some simple steps that can be followed by students with ease.

Chalk Out The Timetable

Frame a timetable for the study. Timetable should cover all the topics mentioned in the syllabus. Keep a track of the exam pattern and the paper pattern so that you can plan your strategy. Prepare priority list. In the list have a strategic plan of subjects, from tough subject to easy subject and reading time need to be scheduled accordingly.

Understand The Syllabus

Understanding the complete syllabus help you get a hold of the topics you will have to prepare for the examinations. Incorporate usage of images & pictures, relate it to the concepts you are studying- This will make the learning and memorization easier. Be enthusiastic and confident about your preparation so that you can give your best on the exam. Design & organize all the information you want to learn and memorize.

Importance Of Notes

Taking good notes is important in Psychology subject. Make note of important concepts from the chapters and write down any questions you may have about the readings. If your professor writes something down on the board you should definitely write it down. Remember that you do not need to write down every single thing that the instructor says. Keep the notes in sequential order so it will be easier to connect concepts. Try to make neat, accurate and legible notes. Use a highlighter and review your notes.

Start Reading Early

Start reading early helps you to cover all the topics and also provides time to revise topics, solve question papers and refer to related books. Prepare a priority list of topics and read accordingly. While reading, analyze the formulas and theoretical concepts you find tough and why. Revise it till you gain confidence on the topic.
