What a pain would it be if there was a test just the day after Diwali? Don't worry, you can face it with ease with these tricks:
Breakdown your goal
We all know it is easy to study little by little. But now, you could actually devise a good plan and execute it instead of a long-term systematic study dream. If you have two lessons to study, start studying in your class or anywhere you are free such that you can smartly just revise it in the morning before the test.
No aid whining
Sometimes the biggest enemy to our success is our negativity. When you know that a situation cannot be changed, it is wise to change your reaction to the situation. Whining will only waste your time and keep dragging away your goal boundary. So roll up your sleeves and get into the task. Of course, there will be cracker noises but if you are done studying quickly, you can get back to the celebrations.
Consecrate a specific time
If you are into last minute studying, it would be wise of you to consecrate a specific time in prior to study for the test. Mostly varsities will have holiday on two days - Tuesday and Wednesday this Diwali. Even if not, the evening or early morning Tuesday you could set your tail on fire and do a rapid study. You could repeat such a session on Thursday morning too, the day of your exam.
Every task needs a motivation factor to keep you pushing. So plan big for the d-day and keep telling yourself the benefits of finishing your study session and work towards your goal vigorously.
Utilise space and time
You know few places and time of a day when you will be free. Even if you don't want others to notice you on your mission, you could secretly go through the chapters with notes during those times. It could be any place such as your playground during the interval or the college bus. Effective utilisation of space and time can make you win your targets.
