But here, you have the chance to say how you make the best use of social media to promote your work or how being a social media buff helped you in getting work done quicker or better in the earlier times.

What Are Your Weaknesses?

So maintain low key on that note and instead tell what is the prestigious designation in the company that you aspire to get. Although this question might sound very sweet to make you look like a revolutionary, the employer is not really looking at your rebelling skills. What a company is really looking is your ability to disagree and yet do it politely and constructively. So stop trying to tell them what a jerk your boss or organization was when you and how you rebelled against it. Instead, tell how you put it forth and made a positive change.
