Maharashtra Class 12 Board Evaluation Criteria Highlights

Students in Class 12 will be graded on the basis of their performance on college-based exams in Class 10, Class 11, and Class 12.

The Maharashtra board HSC result will be based on the three best performing subjects in Class 10 or SSC final exams.

Students who are dissatisfied with the marks awarded based on the Maharashtra board's evaluation criteria can take the next couple of exams to enhance their results, which will be held by the board once the Covid situation normalises.

Separate assessment strategies have been planned for private, repeater, and students who had to appear for tests of isolated courses in Maharashtra HSC class 12 exams.

The cancelled board exam will not be counted as a missed opportunity for Maharashtra board Class 12 HSC improvement students, and they will be able to use their eligible number of attempts.
