Micro Teaching @Global Indian International School

Global Indian International School is present in 20 campuses across 7 countries and each campus interacts with the others through video conference.

Teachers of GIIS Noida regularly connect with their colleagues at Indore, Surat, Bangalore, Dubai, Japan, Malaysia and Singapore. Teachers share lesson plans, projects and create modules by gaining inputs from each other. The central academic team sends a subject-wise schedule for the quarter to each school. The teacher of one particular subject will share her best possible approach to teach a particular lesson. The teachers and academic team from other campuses watch the way the session is conducted and they take in the learning from that lesson. If there is scope for improvement the teacher is then backed with a whole lot of material and concept to make the lesson more effective.
