The official sources suggest that only students will be allowed to ask questions in the third edition of 'Pariksha Pe Charcha.' Prime Minister Narendra Modi will answer all the questions and queries at Talkatora Stadium in New Delhi. The sources also confirm that the anchors for Pariksha Pe Charcha 2020 will be students--two girls and two boys. Around 2000 students from class 9 to 12 across the country to join Modi at the Talkatora Stadium. Over 15 Crore students were likely to watch Pariksha Pe Charcha programme live in schools.

The HRD Ministry has released an official notice regarding the date of interaction with Prime Minister. Modi will meet students on January 20. Earlier, the programme was scheduled on January 16, 2020.
The official notice reads, "The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi's interaction programme Pariksha Pe Charcha 2020 with a cross section of Students and Teachers from India and abroad to beat exam stress has been rescheduled to 20th January, 2020 at 11 a.m, on account of Pongal, Makar Sankranti, Lohri, Onam and other festivals across the country. The programme was earlier scheduled for 16th January, 2019."
It also reads, ''The HRD Ministry in partnership with MyGov has launched a 'short essay' competition for students of classes 9 to 12 for the third edition of Prime Minister's Interaction Programme with school students "Pariksha Pe Charcha 2020". The entries for the competition were invited online from 2nd December, 2019 to 23rd December, 2019 through www.mygov.in."

This is the third edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha. Narendra Modi will be interacting with students across the country regarding the forthcoming examinations. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has tweeted regarding Pariksha Pe Charcha 2020. He tweeted, "Exams are approaching and so is Pariksha Pe Charcha! Let us keep working together to ensure stress-free examinations. Here is a unique contest for students of Classes 9 to 12. The winners will get to attend PPC 2020 early next year!".
Students of Classes 9 to 12 are invited to participate in the Pariksha Pe Charcha 2020 Contest. They have to write their responses on any one of the 5 themes in a maximum of 1500 characters. Participants may also submit their question to Prime Minister in a maximum of 500 characters. One can submit responses until December 23, 2019.
The selected students will get an opportunity to attend the interaction event with Prime Minister Modi. The best responses will be featured in Modi's Interactive Session with students scheduled in Delhi in January 2020.
