The National Investigation Agency (NIA) official conducted the searches across 40 locations in Tamil Nādu today, November 10,2022 in connection with the car cylinder explosion in front of a temple in Coimbatore recently. A 29- year- old engineering graduate named Mubeen was killed when his car, loaded with two gas cylinders, exploded near a temple in Coimbatore. Police had arrested six people in the case till now, including his alleged associates, Muhammed Azharuddin and K Afsar Khan. The Centre, on the recommendation of the state government, handed over the case to the National Investigation Agency (NIA).

What is National Investigation Agency ?
