From a career point-of-view, schools and universities tend to focus more on (science, technology, engineering and math) STEM-driven markets and industries for the betterment of students/learners' futuristic lifestyle and career goals. Active dependency and constant engagement in STEM fields make it very necessary for a common man to keep up to the pace of modern trends and schemes of the digital world.
Science and technology is one of the fastest and most commonly practiced streams by young adults and children. As per recent research, youths indulge rapidly in various forms of electronic technology like e-mail, social networking sites, online videos, chatting and messaging, smart phones and ipads etc, where there is a spectrum of experiences beyond the confinement of their classrooms, homes and society in general. These electronic features excite them to achieve more and run faster with life. As much as the usage can be advantageous, it could be harmful when used with wrongful intentions or negative motivations. Parental guidance may be required at times to monitor children's digital activities.
The height of human evolvement is the visible proof of technology, caused due to rational mind and the very act of thinking. But, the world is busy trying to create robots with multi-functional ability, rather than raising and equipping better managers for the future. Nonetheless, in this diversified world of opportunities, there is a consistent need of blending technology with education, business, culture, arts, economy and with day-to-day routine lifestyles of people. This can be accomplished by constantly and wilfully working towards the cause of bringing together science and other spheres of the society for the better.
To be on the wiser side, learners have to make it appallingly clear to have humanity unsurpassed by technology, irrespective of witnessing advancements and progressions in the field. Excess of technological dependence may affect business management in the long run.
Science or technology cannot run the show alone, all the time. There should be a balanced improvisation of every other sphere of humanity as well.
