No country can think of attaining a place of prosperity, happiness and peace with honour and dignity in the comity of nations without adequate investment in building up human infrastructure including education.

The College is also equally valid that the process of building human infrastructure especially education cannot be given a big push forward by relying solely on government funding and effort.
