The TNDGE has declared the Tamil Nadu Class 10th (SSLC) result 2021 on August 23 at 11 am. Candidates can check their TN SSLC result 2021 Tamil Nadu by entering their registration number and date of birth.
This year, the Board had decided to cancel the TN Class 10 exams 2021 in view of the COVID-19 pandemic. The results were prepared based on the internal assessments.

The Directorate of Government Examinations, Tamil Nadu is likely to release the TN SSLC provisional marksheet at 11 am on August 23. The exam authority has confirmed that the TN 10th marksheet 2021 link will remain active till August 31.

TN Chief Minister MK Stalin has announced the evaluation criteria of TN HSC results 2021. The Board will prepare the TN Class 12th result 2021 based on the 50:20:30 formula. It contains weightage from Class 10, 11, and 12 marks respectively.
The results contain a weightage of 30% in Class 12, 20% weightage in Class 11 and 50% weightage in Class 10 board exam marks. The sources suggest that the results will be released by July 31.

Tamil Nadu government has decided not to hold any entrance examination for admission to Class 11. It has also decided to increase the number of seats by 10-15 per cent.
Schools witnessing a large number of applications can consider the Class 9 marks for admission. The official sources suggest that classes for these students will begin from June-third week.

Tamil Nadu Government is all set to announce its decision regarding the Class 10th and Class 12th board exams 2021 soon. Amid the Centre’s decision to cancel the Class 12th board exams 2021, the TN is under pressure regarding the decision.
State Education Minister said that the government is likely to hold consultations with parents and others to take a decision on the TN +2 Public Exams and SSLC exams.
Earlier, Tamil Nadu has cancelled SSLC and +1 examinations and postponed the +2 exams due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
