Yavatmal Zilla Vikas Samiti P. Wadhwani College of Pharmacy, Maharashtra was established in 1997.

The college is approved by All India Council for Technical Education, Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi and Director of Technical Education and permitted by Government of Maharashtra Mumbai.

The college is affiliated to Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University.
