Yamuna Polytechnic for Engineering (YPE), Yamuna Nagar has been duly approved by Directorate of Technical Education Haryana and is affiliated one of State Board of Technical Education.

The college YPE is established by Ch.Lekh Raj Educational & Charitable Trust with the sole objective of spreading technical and professional education to all aspiring youth of our society.

Pollution-free scenic surroundings, wonderful infrastructure, and elegant architecture of the Placement of various blocks including Administrative Block, Academic Block, Workshop, Boys Hostel, Girls Hostel, Faculty Houses, PlayGround. All blocks are building up with Ultra modern amenities, architectural design, and structural consideration.

The institute presently offers 3-year Diploma course in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Automobile Engineering. The eligibility for admission to technical courses is rank in DET-2012 after 10th examination.

The computer center is air-conditioned with the latest computer system and licensed softeners. All the computers are networked through Wi-Fi System.

The institute has 24-hours internet connectivity with a 10 Mbps leased line. The laboratories and workshops of college including, physics Lab, Chemistry Lab, electronics lab, Carpentry Lab., Fitting & Plumbing shop, Welding shop, Paint shop, Forging & sheet metal shop. Electric Shop, Electronics Shop, etc are spacious and well equipped.  A fully air-conditioned well stocked computerized library exists for the staff and students. A medical unit with well-qualified medical officers has been provided.

The institute has organized group insurance of about Rs. 1 Lakh for all the students and staff of the college.
