Wilson College, Mumbai was established in 1832. The college is affiliated to Mumbai University and accredited by NAAC with A grade.

The Wilson College was founded by the Indian missionary Rev. John Wilson, in 1832. Beginning as Ambroli English School in Girgaum, Mumbai, it later saw several changes of sites and names, eventually being called the Wilson School. The collegiate section, from which Wilson College evolved, came about in 1836.

Wilson College is a Christian Minority Institution and is closely related to CNI.  With great pride, they state that the College has been re-accreditated ‘A’ grade by the National Assessment & Accreditation Council which was announced on 30th November, 2011.

It  is one of the few colleges in Mumbai which offer an array of subjects in the arts, science and vocational stream, along with undergraduate courses in management studies, mass media, biotechnology, computer science and information technology.

The college aims at providing education to the Christian community and extends its facilities and services to other communities too.
